Emerald Downs Apartments
Emerald Downs is located among The Stables communities by DABCO and is the first of our “Stables” apartment complexes at the former Hilltop Stables on college hill. Once operated by the School of Veterinary Medicine and famed for breeding horses, the old stable grounds are now home to three of our apartment complexes, including Emerald Downs’ 240 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, and 3-bedroom townhouses with gas fireplaces. The original farmhouse is preserved onsite and has been carefully restored as DABCO’s main office. Each Emerald Downs apartment and townhouse has a private patio or balcony, storage space, fully-equipped kitchen and free high-speed internet access. Laundries are available in many units with communities laundry rooms throughout the complex. Covered parking is available. Emerald Downs is located next to Providence Court apartments, 3 blocks from the WSU campus and on the Express Bus Route.

|Recommended: YesBest place to rent — I have lived here since march of this year, and all I can say is the has been one of the best places I have lived in. When I had a maintenance issue, they fixed the problem the same day, or the following day. The office staff goes above and beyond to help you when needed, and ask how you're doing.. There are no hidden fees, the place is pest free and clean.. I would highly recommend anyone to rent from this complex.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartment — Nice quiet quaint apartment just off the WSU campus. Stores are just a short driving distance, and fast food areas within walking distance. If you're attending WSU and don't want to live on campus and have a quiet area to study, definitely check out this apartment property.

The Office Staff is very friendly tries VERY hard to be accommodating The Maintenance Team is pretty quick to respond the grounds are kept up respectfully.
Noise is minimal usually only on Friday Saturday Nights when college is in session, but still not bad.
Apartment Construction is middle road, but not bad either.
The walls aren’t thin, but there is occasional noise during the day that is usually from the kitchens or vacuuming, otherwise overall not too bad at all.

Though there website is very barebone, hardly any info unless you called them. They really need to upgrade that.
